Quality Control Laboratory Technician Summary/Company Information:

Schedule: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Requirements:

• Test materials to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Use lab equipment to check physical, mechanical, and thermal properties.
• Enter test results into a computer system or paper documentation.
• Spot errors or unusual results in the data.
• Keep lab equipment in good shape (calibration, basic maintenance, simple repairs).
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• previous quality background within a manufacturing or similar setting required.
• secondary education in chemistry or similar preferred.
