The Customer Service Rep would serve as a crucial link for customers, providing information on eligibility, benefits, and provider services. You'll resolve inquiries, document calls, and ensure every customer interaction meets our high service standards.

Industry: Health Insurance

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30pm (during training period, and then Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

Parking: avail for $12.50 a day

Pay: Up to $24/hr

Key Responsibilities as the Customer Service Rep:

• Assist members and providers with questions on eligibility, benefits, and services.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by Customer Service Supervisors/Managers.

You’d be great for the Customer Service Rep opportunity with the following experience:

• 1+ year within customer service (in office setting) or administrative experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication.
