We're looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Accounts Receivable Office Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of professional service.

What You'll Do:

• Invoice : Collate, mail, fax, and email invoices and statements with precision and care.
• Organizational Whiz: Copy, file, and manage accounts payable, payroll, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Spreadsheet Savant: Update and maintain various spreadsheets to keep our data organized and accessible.
• Shipping Superstar: Close out ship tickets for invoicing and payments, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Payment Pro: Charge credit cards and run daily batches with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communication Ace: Fax and email requests for charges, follow up with companies, and keep everything on track.
• File Keeper: Update affiliate files as needed, ensuring all information is current and correct.
• Information Gatherer: Contact employees to obtain information for billing and handle declined credit card issues.
• Project Helper: Work on various projects as needed, bringing your skills and enthusiasm to every task.
• Stress Manager: Thrive in a high-paced environment with deadlines, maintaining your cool under pressure.
• Tech-Savvy: Work comfortably on Windows computer systems, understand basic spreadsheets, and learn proprietary software.

What You'll Bring:

 Experience: One to two years of related experience and/or training.

 Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

 Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under stress.
