Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

 

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a great company in Oxnard. Must be okay with data entry into Excel spreadsheet. Required COLD CALLS!!! 

 

Schedule is M-F, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays half a day for Overtime.

 

The successful CSR will be responsible for providing great customer service to clients over the phone when they call in, administrative support, answer phones, taking detailed messages, transferring calls.
