Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Service Advisor for a fast-paced, customer-focused shop in Grand Rapids, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical or parts experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers understand and manage their service needs.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, and some Saturdays
Wage: $20/hour, based on experience 

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and ask questions to understand problems, symptoms, and service needs
• Write up service requests/purchase orders
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with technicians and manage daily workflow
• Use computer systems to schedule services, track work orders, and learn shop software
• Provide updates to customers throughout the service process to ensure a great experience

Qualification Requirements:

• General mechanical experience and understanding
• Experience writing purchase orders
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well with both customers and internal teams
