Located in Sturtevant, WI

Salary: 50k-65k BOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Managers to bid projects, negotiate work, and follow up with clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and architects
• Analyze projects pre-bid for risks, profitability, and overall feasibility
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and trade requirements
• Prepare and submit RFIs/RFCs to architects and project managers
• Obtain and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify potential project risks and cost impacts early in the process
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits or coordinate site surveys
• Review and qualify subcontractor/vendor proposals for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids per client requirements

Qualifications:

• AAS Degree in Drafting or a related construction field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• AutoCAD or drafting experience preferred
• Previous estimating experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
