Salary: 14.00
Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday), 8:45?AM–5:00?PM Saturday Availability Required Pay: $14.00 per hour
Greet donors and assist them as they arrive with donated items.
Provide receipts and information to donors with a positive, welcoming attitude.
Help unload donated goods from vehicles and move them to the appropriate staging area.
Sort donations into categories (sellable items, recycling, trash) and direct items to the correct area.
Maintain a clean and organized donation area and assist with basic sorting tasks.
Follow organizational policies for handling donations safely and respectfully.
Assist other team members with duties as needed to support store and donation operations.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and move up to 50?lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Reliability and ability to consistently meet scheduled hours, including Saturday availability.
Previous experience with donations, retail, or warehouse work is a plus, but training will be provided.
