Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Second Shift Press Operator for a growing company located in Lindstrom, MN. Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $17.82
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation‑to‑Hire
Location: Lindstrom, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor press machines according to production specifications
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure proper quality and adherence to standards
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or job specifications
- Perform basic machine adjustments, changeovers, and routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous press operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
