Express Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our client's extrusion team in Marysville, WA! This full-time position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge extrusion machines and contribute to high-profile construction projects. 

The Machine Operator / Extrusion position involves producing materials used in various construction applications, such as high-rise buildings and slab-on-ground projects.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Friday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate extrusion machines to produce unbonded post-tensioning materials.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of extruded products to ensure they meet specific standards and specifications.
• Forklift Operation: Transport materials and products within the facility using forklifts, ensuring efficient workflow and safety.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to prevent downtime.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Pre-employment: Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Skills: Ability to understand machine operation concepts and control machines through a Human Machine Interface.
• Technical: Read and interpret order information and program that information into the operator interface.
• Maintenance: Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks such as clearing machine faults, securing the machine for safe personnel interaction, and removing jammed debris.

Equipment Provided:

• Steel toe boots required.
• Company-issued gloves, hardhat, and other PPE as required.
