We are seeking an experienced Accounting & HR Manager to oversee core accounting operations while sharing employee-relations–focused HR responsibilities in collaboration with an external HR counsel service. This role plays a critical leadership position in ensuring financial integrity, operational compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Review and approve customer credit terms and monitor account performance

Human Resources & Employee Relations (Shared Responsibility)

- Partner with an external HR counsel service on employee relations and compliance matters
- Support internal management on workplace conduct, policy adherence, and employee communications
- Coordinate employee risk training and workplace conduct initiatives with outside HR advisors

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in accounting, including AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger management
    - Experience working collaboratively with HR consultants or external HR service providers
    - Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
