Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fabricator/Assembler for a long-term position with our client in Kitchener, ON. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and has a positive attitude. This role involves assembling a variety of shade products while ensuring all components meet exact specifications and quality standards.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.

Job Summary:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• · Read and follow work orders and assembly instructions
• · Verify dimensions and product specifications
• · Cut, fit, and test parts to ensure proper function
• · Assist with packaging and loading finished products
• · Work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail

Competencies and Qualifications

• · Experience using hand tools and power tools
• · Strong ability to read and use a tape measure
• · Valid Ontario Driver’s License
• · Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• · Excellent communication and time-management skills
• · High attention to detail and accuracy
• · Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• · Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• · Ability to perform some heavy lifting
