About the Role

Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate for a reputable company in the Guelph, ON area. This role may lead to full-time employment for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general warehouse duties including packaging, order picking, shipping, and receiving
• Open incoming packages containing product and prepare items for processing
• Put items into prepacks and box prepacks for shipping
• Build skids and assemble product displays
• Load and unload trucks; handle materials weighing up to 30 lbs
• Enter data into a warehouse inventory/management system
• Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners, pallet jack, pump truck, and manual skid wrapper
• Use hand tools such as an exacto knife for packaging and prep work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
• Steel-toe boots required; additional PPE may be provided
• Experience using RF scanners
• Previous warehouse or general labour experience required
