Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong QuickBooks experience. This role requires high accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage data efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, focused, and comfortable working with financial and administrative information.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and QuickBooks
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Maintain organized and up-to-date records
Review data for accuracy and completeness
Support general administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
QuickBooks experience (required)
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
