Equipment Operator

Pay: Starting at $22.50/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts, Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, 5 to 5

Location: On-site in Pittston

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production line equipment, including blow mold/filler, labeler, and packer machines, while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Adjust equipment as needed to maintain production specifications.
• Identify and remove defective products that do not meet specifications.
• Perform equipment changeovers and repairs, ensuring proper lockout/tagout procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a production operations environment preferred.
• Experience with RFD or RFID scanners is a plus.
• Sit-down double forklift experience preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.
• Proficiency in navigating computer programs.
• Fluency in English is required.

Working Conditions:

• Requires standing, walking, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing for long durations.
• Must be able to lift materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to chemicals may occur, and proper safety equipment must be used at all times.
• Employees are required to wear company logo shirts and protective footwear. Clothing must be safe and comply with company dress code standards.
