Salary: $17/hr

A Distribution company in Alliance needs a new CSR added to their team!

 

Shifts: 2nd shift  3p to midnight

$17/hr

 

Duties:

 

• First point of contact for customers, carriers and drivers
• Allocating orders
• Data Entry
• Maintain accurate records of product received, shipped and billed
• Email and phone management
• Assist customers with any needs

Requirements:

• Great CSR experience
• Great communication/phone etiquette
• Warehouse experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Needs to be able to multitask
• This may not include all the requirements of the job
