Office Manager 

Our client, a well-established executive compensation consulting firm, is seeking a professional Office Manager to support Managing Directors and consulting teams while overseeing daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, discreet, and thrives in a polished, fast-paced professional environment.

Location: Wellesley (Relocating to Waltham in near future)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $45–$50/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for Managing Directors

  • Prepare invoices, track expenses, and follow up on outstanding receivables

  • Manage office operations, vendors, supplies, and facility needs

  • Serve as the main liaison with building management and IT

  • Greet clients and maintain a professional front office presence

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate access and resources

  • Plan and support onsite and offsite meetings and events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative or office management experience

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (advanced a plus)

  • Experience with billing platforms such as OpenAir, Coupa, SAP, or Ariba preferred

  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities

  • Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality
