Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Support order processing activities, including verifying order details and coordinating with logistics or warehouse teams.
- Follow up on pending quotes and proposals to facilitate timely conversions and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to streamline sales processes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to boost team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email management tools.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about sales processes and product offerings.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
