Kitchen Utility Worker

Our client is seeking reliable Kitchen Utility Workers to support food service operations. This is a temporary opportunity focused on receiving, stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen support.

Location: Franklin, MA
Assignment: Through October 15th, with chance to extend
Pay: $21.42/hour

Schedule Options:

Utility Worker 1: Mon 5–9 PM | Thu 4–9 PM | Fri 4–8 PM | Sat 9 AM–4 PM | Sun 9 AM–4 PM;

Utility Worker 2: Tue 5–9 PM | Wed 5–9 PM | Sat 4–8 PM | Sun 4–8 PM;

Utility Worker 3: Wed 4–8:30 PM | Thu 4–8:30 PM | Fri 4:30–8:30 PM | Sat 10 AM–8 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and properly store food and supplies
• Complete receiving and temperature documentation
• Maintain clean and organized coolers, freezers, and storage areas
• Assist with light food preparation and defrosting frozen foods
• Set up and support food service at counters and steam tables
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and service areas
• Assist with cleaning projects throughout the kitchen and storage areas
• Support food service operations as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working in a busy food service environment
• Able to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
