About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Picker / Packer to support our client's daily order fulfillment in a steady-paced warehouse environment. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort using technology to process orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Read and process orders and SKUs (average of 20 SKUs per order)

• Fulfill a minimum of 10 orders per day while maintaining 95% accuracy

• Use warehouse systems and scanning technology to track inventory and orders

• Prepare orders for shipment following company procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred

• Tech savvy and comfortable using computers, scanners, and warehouse systems 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read SKUs accurately

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly

• Ability to stand and be on your feet for the entire shift

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying up to 30 lbs
