Delivery Driver – 16’ Box Truck

 

Locations: Costa Mesa 

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Day Shift
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (DOE) + Overtime

 

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Delivery Drivers to support a delivery operations for Nursery Centers. Drivers will operate 16’ box trucks and safely deliver a wide range of products including plants, soil, fountains, patio furniture, and other large or delicate items.  This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with seasonal overtime during peak periods (spring and October–December).

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Operate a 16’ box truck safely and efficiently
• Load, transport, and deliver products to residential and commercial locations
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, straps, and bungee cords
• Secure loads to prevent damage during transport
• Interact professionally with store teams and customers
• Follow all safety procedures and delivery protocols
• Schedule Details
• Monday–Saturday availability required
• Typical start time: 7:00 AM
• Routes generally conclude by 5:00 PM (may vary)
• On weekday light-route days, drivers are guaranteed a minimum of 4 hours pay

Qualifications

• Experience driving 16’ box trucks
• Clean driving record
• Able to lift, load, and secure large or heavy items
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to read, write and speak English
