A local manufacturing company is seeking a reliable Header Operator to join their production team on first shift. This position is responsible for operating header machines to produce quality fasteners while maintaining efficiency, safety, and product standards. M-F 5am-1:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate header machines to manufacture screws and fasteners

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Maintain accurate production records

• Follow all safety, quality, and shop procedures

• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Prior header machine or fastener manufacturing experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to read basic prints, measurements, and specifications

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
