Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate roll threading machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper thread formation.
• Document production data and report any defects or equipment malfunctions.

Job Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a Roll Thread Operator or in a similar manufacturing role required.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand thread specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• HS Diploma or GED
