Maintenance Technician

2nd Shift / 3:30PM - 2:00AM M-TH

 

Express is looking for a reliable quality assurance inspector for one of our great Kennesaw clients. The role will include 

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery / equipment and preform timely repairs
• Establish appropriate frequency and preform regular preventative maintenance activities on all machinery / equipment in the facility
• Preform timely facility / building maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work area
• Dismantle defective machines / equipment and install new or repaired equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, test and repairs
• Coordinate and make recommendations on work-related contracts and services
• Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality and learn initiatives and requirements

Ideal candidates will be have previous maintenance technician experience

 

 Requirements:

• Follow OSHA guidelines
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma
• Computer skills 
• Background check / pass drug screen
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use Calipers
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Basic math, reading and writing English, ability to communicate in English
• Demonstrate mechanical and technical aptitude
• 3-5 years experience in an industrial, maintenance environment
