Director of Marketing

Located in Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $150,000

The Director of Marketing will oversee promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Their responsibilities include developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns, and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods.  This position has one direct report and is a hybrid role (1 day WFH)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) or equivalent in related field
• Six to ten years marketing experience in the multifamily real estate industry
• Experience with Yardi Management Software

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary of $120K to $130K plus 15% bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
