Salary: $16.00-$18.00 Based on exp

We are seeking an Experienced CNC Operator to join a manufacturing team in Sparta, TN.

 

Candidates must have CNC experience to fabricate both metallic and non-metallic parts with precision and accuracy. A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating CNC lathes and mills is required, along with proficiency in using calibrated measurement equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills safely and efficiently

• Fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts according to specifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Use calibrated measurement equipment to verify tolerances and part quality

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating CNC lathes and mills

• Experience fabricating metallic and non-metallic parts

• Proficiency with calibrated measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual
