What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform electrical service and repair, with some installation crossover
• Replace or repair components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, belts, and blowers
• Complete maintenance tasks: cleaning coils, changing filters, lubricating parts, adjusting vents, checking controls, and monitoring condensate drains

What We Are Looking For:

• State‑licensed Electrician (RW license acceptable if applicable)
• Proven electrical experience — not just school or lab training
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, wiring practices, and safety procedures
