Program Manager

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals Miami Dade South is currently hiring an experienced and mission-driven Program Manager to oversee residential home modification programs serving low-income and elderly homeowners and renters throughout Miami. The ideal candidate is highly organized, community-focused, and experienced managing HUD grant-funded programs, coordinating contractors, and working with vulnerable populations. Project period: May 2025 – May 2028.

Requirements:

  • Manage home modification projects designed to improve safety and accessibility for elderly and low-income residents; oversee day-to-day operations including client intake, staff assignments, and contractor logistics
  • Oversee the CAP-Specialist, Occupational Therapist, and Marketing & Outreach Team; serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and renters throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure full compliance with HUD regulations, reporting requirements, and documentation standards; generate progress reports internally for OACC and externally for HUD on a quarterly basis
  • Assist with program planning, improvements, and audits; lead recruitment and outreach implementation in conjunction with the Program Director

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full Time | No weekends
  • Salary: $60,000 per year | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL
  • Project period: May 2025 – May 2028 | Long-term opportunity with potential for growth

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in program management, community services, housing programs, or social services required; working knowledge of HUD grants, government funding, or compliance reporting strongly preferred
  • Experience coordinating construction, home repairs, or accessibility modifications a plus; proficient with computer systems, documentation, and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Social Work, Community Development, or related field preferred; excellent communication skills when working with elderly and vulnerable populations
