We are a fast-growing, professional real estate agency seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and agents with a warm, professional demeanor

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area

  • Assist agents with administrative tasks (printing, scanning, data entry)

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Support general office operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Basic computer skills (email, calendars, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)

  • Prior receptionist or office experience preferred (real estate experience a plus, but not required)
