We are a fast-growing, professional real estate agency seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and agents with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Assist agents with administrative tasks (printing, scanning, data entry)
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (email, calendars, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
Prior receptionist or office experience preferred (real estate experience a plus, but not required)
