Express Employment is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Back of House Team Member to join a family-owned and operated Soul Food Kitchen. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and back-of-house spaces

• Support kitchen staff by ensuring clean dishes are always available

• Follow proper sanitation and food safety standards

• Assist with general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Coachable, dependable, and a strong team player

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

• Tuesday – Saturday

• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• $12.75/hour
