Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Resort Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Oceanside property. This is a temporary position with competitive hourly pay. The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience in hospitality or resort operations and a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.

• Manage and support resort staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain property standards, including cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties as needed.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.

• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications:

• Prior managerial experience in hospitality, resorts, or related fields required.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.

• Knowledge of resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and property maintenance.
