??? Teardown Laborer – Midway Area
Pay: $18.50–$20/hr
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable Teardown Laborer to support our operations by safely disassembling used or damaged components, machinery, and equipment. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and essential to our inspection and repair workflow.
Responsibilities
Disassemble machinery, components, and equipment using proper tools and techniques
Protect reusable parts by performing teardown work carefully and systematically
Identify and separate reusable, repairable, and scrap parts
Document component conditions for quality assurance
Label and record parts accurately to maintain full traceability
Collaborate with inspection, repair, and assembly teams to support smooth workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
Requirements
Experience with hand tools and basic mechanical teardown preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
