Primary Responsibilities

• Professionally greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude

• Take accurate orders in person and over the phone

• Process payments accurately (cash and card)

• Assemble plates correctly and ensure orders are complete and presentable

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service

• Assist customers and coworkers as needed to support daily operations

• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service preferred

• Experience handling cash, answering phones, and taking orders

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, upbeat environment

• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and be coachable

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

• Tuesday – Saturday

• 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• $13+/hour (Based on Experience)
