About the Role

A Central Oregon Cabinet Company is seeking an experienced Cabinet Finisher/Painter to join our high-quality custom cabinet manufacturing team in Bend, Oregon. The ideal candidate brings hands-on finishing expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of craftsmanship. You’ll work in a clean, professional setting with premium finishing materials and advanced spray systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cabinet components through sanding, sealing, and surface repairs
• Mix, match, and apply stains, paints, and clear finishes
• Operate HVLP and air-assisted airless spray systems
• Maintain spray booth and equipment for optimal performance
• Inspect finished parts for quality, color accuracy, and smoothness
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional experience in cabinet or furniture finishing
• Proficiency with lacquer, conversion varnish, polyurethane, and waterborne coatings
• Strong skills in color matching and blending
• Experience with automated finishing systems (e.g., CEFLA) is a plus
• Dependable, self-driven, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
