We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Clerk to support production reporting in a mill environment. This role is responsible for correcting, validating, and manually entering production data including downtime, scrap, and output. The Data Entry Clerk will compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support the site’s start-up plan and ongoing operations.

 

This position requires a high level of accuracy, the ability to work with large volumes of data, and comfort working in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to maintain focus while handling time-sensitive production information.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, correct, and validate production, downtime, and scrap data

• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

• Support start-up and operational tracking efforts

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in a fast-paced mill environment
