Shift: 1st shift 8AM – 4:00 Mon-Friday

Job Summary: Express Employment in Windsor is seeking to hire for a client in a downtown Hartford office. Looking for a professional individual with prior Office Manager experience. Someone looking to work in a medium size office and provide excellent customer/client service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with handling all office operations
  • Basic administrative skills include supplies, scheduling, organization skills, planning skills
  • Must be able to work engage positively and productively with internal and external counterparts, be proactive, be well organized, and be accurate
  • Prior professional work history in an office

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews purchase orders for accuracy
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Manages reception area and visitor first impressions
  • Learn functions of all office staff and step in as needed
  • Supports purchasing tasks and organizes supplies
  • Enters bills for payment and assists with payroll
