In this role you will:

• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
• Taking notes and messages accurately and ensuring timely follow-up
• Assisting with scheduling and dispatching technicians
• Providing general administrative support as needed
• Create purchase orders in QuickBooks online
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy to ensure validity to Purchase Order
•  General administrative tasks as needed
