Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: January 26, 2026
End Date: April 15, 2026

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a tax office during the busy tax season. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an accounting firm or tax office and be comfortable handling sensitive financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter client tax data into our system.
  • Review and verify information for completeness and correctness.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous work in an accounting firm or tax office required.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Drake Tax Software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
