Dispatcher – Construction & Dumpster Operations

We are hiring for a fast-growing construction supply and dumpster rental company looking for a seasoned Dispatcher to run the heart of our daily operations. This is not a receptionist role — dispatching is a core business function here.

You will be responsible for coordinating dumpster deliveries and pickups, routing trucks efficiently, and managing job schedules. Our drivers rely on you to keep them moving, and our customers rely on you to get it right the first time.

If you have experience in logistics, dispatching, or fleet coordination, this is where your skills will shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dispatching dumpster trucks for deliveries, swaps, and pickups
• Scheduling and routing drivers for maximum efficiency
• Communicating clearly with drivers, yard staff, and customers
• Managing job tickets, delivery times, and changes in real time
• Troubleshooting scheduling issues when jobs run long or trucks fall behind

What We’re Looking For

We are only interested in candidates who bring real dispatching or logistics experience.

You should have experience with:

• Dispatching trucks, drivers, or delivery vehicles
• Managing schedules and routing in a fast-paced environment
• Handling multiple moving parts at once without dropping the ball
• Working in construction, waste, transportation, or similar industries

You must be:

• Calm under pressure
• Quick-thinking and organized
• Comfortable with phones, computers, and dispatch software
• Able to give clear direction to drivers and customers
