We are seeking a skilled and dependable Operations Technician to support daily production, warehouse, and operational activities at a well-established manufacturing and distribution facility in Valparaiso, FL.

The Operations Technician plays a critical role in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate inventory management, and timely completion of work and customer orders.

Pay & Perks

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations, production, and warehouse activities
Accurately receive, stage, and move materials and finished products
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training provided if needed)
Perform inventory control using computer-based systems
Process work orders, customer orders, and internal documentation
Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas
Assist with loading, unloading, and product movement
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in operations, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills for inventory systems and work order processing
Ability to lift, bend, stand, squat, and move throughout the workday
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of coworkers and customers
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Preferred (Not Required)

Forklift experience (certification a plus; training available)
Experience with inventory management or ERP systems
Background in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics
Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience
