We’re hiring detail-oriented Wire Harness Assemblers for a small, growing company supporting aerospace programs right here in Tempe. This is a long-term opportunity with real stability and the potential to go permanent for the right person.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies
Follow schematics and work instructions
Perform cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering
Maintain quality standards in a clean, organized environment
What We’re Looking For:
Prior wire harness, electronics, or small-part assembly experience
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a production environment
