- Day shift: 7am to 3:30pm
- Night shift: 3pm to 11:30pm
$21hr to $28hr depending on experience.

Summary: The Solderer is responsible for performing precision hand soldering and assembly of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) in accordance with industry standards and company procedures. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, flexible manufacturing environment that supports quick-turn production requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precision hand soldering of critical components on high-reliability printed circuit boards in compliance with IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
- Assemble printed circuit board assemblies in accordance with engineering documentation, work instructions, and quality requirements.
- Maintain high levels of productivity while identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Support quick-turn manufacturing schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Consistently meet established production commitments and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality, process, and performance improvements.
- Adhere at all times to the ESC Quality System, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Perform work in alignment with the ESC Vision and Mission Statement.
- Work overtime as required to meet production demands and customer delivery requirements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in precision hand soldering of electronic assemblies.
- Working knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards; certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-mix, quick-turn manufacturing environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
