Temporary Full-Time Accountant Location: Salem, OR (with travel to Woodburn as needed) Duration: Late December/Early January – Mid June to Early July
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support a non-profit organization during a temporary assignment lasting approximately 6–7 months. This role is full time and requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be able to travel between the Salem and Woodburn campuses as needed.
Full-cycle A/P and A/R
Process and track donations
Manage invoicing and checks
Bank reconciliations
Prepare financial statements
Work within QuickBooks Non-Profit 2021
Support accounting operations across two campuses
Occasional travel required between Salem and Woodburn locations
Full time, Monday–Friday
Interviews begin next week
