• Develop and nurture client relationships
• Recruit, interview, and support job seekers
• Drive sales through outreach and follow-up while promoting Express Services
• Match qualified candidates to client needs
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment

Recruiting Specialist Requirements:

• Strong motivation to succeed in a sales-driven environment
• Strong time management, probing, and judgment skills
• Multi-taskings and problem-solving skills a must
