We are currently hiring General Laborers in Fort Smith, AR to assist in the assembly and banding of wooden trusses. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that involves heavy lifting and working in hot conditions. Candidates must be willing to work hard, stay active throughout the day, and have steady recent work history. While no formal experience is required, familiarity with measuring tools and basic assembly is preferred. The role pays $18 per hour and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 5:30 AM to 2:10 PM, with occasional overtime required.
