Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain efficiency and consistency during high-volume service periods
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
Assist with food prep, stocking, and overall kitchen organization
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and flexible availability, including weekends if needed
