Duties:

• Weld aluminum, stainless steel, and various metals using TIG methods in line with project specifications and drawings.
• Safely set up, operate, and fine-tune welding equipment for optimal performance.
• Examine finished welds to ensure quality, precision, and appearance standards are met, making adjustments when necessary.
• Review and follow blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions to complete assignments accurately.
• Fit, align, and tack components before performing final welds.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment to keep them in top condition.
• Collaborate with coworkers, engineers, and supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Properly document completed work and record time and job details in the manufacturing system.

Requirements:

• At least one year of hands-on TIG welding experience in a production or fabrication environment.
• Skilled in reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing clean, precise, and consistent welds.
• Familiar with weld symbols, metal types, and acceptable tolerance levels.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working both independently and alongside a team.
