Swing Shift | Immediate Start | Excellent Pay + Full Benefits

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and scheduling maintenance technicians on swing shift
• Hands-on support with breakdowns and troubleshooting
• Equipment including gears, belts, bearings, conveyors
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Preventive maintenance execution and follow-through
• Coordinating with production to minimize downtime
• Enforcing safety, accountability, and quality work

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor
• Background in manufacturing or food processing
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to direct people, not just equipment
• Electrical experience a plus
• Calm under pressure when things go sideways
