Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Shift will change on 12/2 to Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM) Location: Punta Gorda, FL Environment: Non–Air Conditioned Facility
We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join our team in Punta Gorda. This role involves hands-on assembly of Pool Heat Pumps and accessory items in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who takes pride in their work and is eager to learn new skills.
Must have experience using a drill, PVC cutting, and gluing.
Assist in the manufacturing of Pool Heat Pumps and related accessory products
Follow all company guidelines regarding attendance, PPE, and safety
Be flexible and willing to work in different areas of the shop as needed
Learn new skills through cross-training opportunities
Be able to work overtime when required
Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing experience preferred
HVAC or pool industry experience a plus (not required)
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Strong teamwork, communication, and cooperation skills
Safety and quality conscious
Regularly required to read, write, walk, talk, and hear in a noisy environment
Frequent use of hands to handle tools, materials, and equipment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods and adjust focus for close and distant vision
