About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and professional Temporary Leasing Agent to support an active lease-up community in Crestview, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping prospective residents find their next home.

You will play a key role in achieving full occupancy by providing excellent customer service, conducting property tours, processing applications, and supporting daily leasing operations. Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone

• Conduct professional property tours and explain community features

• Accurately process rental applications and required documentation

• Maintain leasing files in compliance with company policies

• Follow Fair Housing and applicable housing regulations at all times

• Support lease-up goals by converting leads into qualified residents

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming leasing office

• Communicate effectively with property management and onsite staff

Required Qualifications

• Prior leasing, customer service, sales, or property management experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced lease-up environment

• Must pass a background check

Preferred (Not Required)

• Leasing experience in multifamily or affordable housing

• Knowledge of Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs

• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations

• Experience using leasing or property management software

• Sales or hospitality background
