Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries, diagnose issues, and resolve problems with hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure new computers, software, and network connections for end-users.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix system errors, network connectivity issues, and performance problems.
Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, security patches, and antivirus installations.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and support procedures.
Inventory: Track and order necessary hardware and software.
Essential Skills
Technical: Strong understanding of hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and network fundamentals.
